Advocacy and membership
Division is committed to increasing the awareness and positive changes associated with the proliferation of access to justice and peace building in Africa. It is a catalyst for enhancing investor confidence in the economic development of the continent.
We actively lead and support the proliferation of access to justice and peace building in Africa through strategies and methods that influence the opinions and decisions of people, organizations and governments. In the social and economic development context APRCN’s advocacy creates or changes policies, laws, regulations and distribution of resources that affect people’s lives. We ensure that these initiatives lead to implementation of fresh ideas which culminate in harmony and peaceful co-existence.
Training and Conference/Seminar/Workshop
At Advanced Peace and Reconciliation centre of Nigeria (APRCN) Training Division, we understand the ever-changing challenges organizations face today including: the need to develop leaders, improve productivity, and enhance performance, increase sales, address generational changes and build teams.

Court of Appeal Mediation Programme
The overriding objective of the Court of Appeal Mediation Centre, which is established to promote mediation and such other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms towards enhancing the administration of justice and speedy resolution of disputes, shall be to:
(1) Promote a just and speedy determination of every civil appeals, action, cause or matter as the case may be, which is not in any court.
(2)Assist the parties in reaching an expeditious resolution of their disputes in all good faith in a fair and efficient manner;
(3) Encourage disputing parties and their Counsel to strive towards reducing the cost of litigation and associated delays thereby facilitating a fair and just resolution of disputes with limited animosity amongst parties;
(4) Promote mediation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as veritable tools of dispute resolution in the Court and the judiciary as a whole; and
(5) Improve access to justice, user confidence in the court system and afford the Justices ample time for such matters or issues that are best resolved through litigation
Consultancy and Project Division
The Consultancy & Projects Division provides qualitative and professional consultancy services which transform individuals, teams and organizations using methods intended to redirect the use of resources, processes, budget allocations or other modes of operation to significantly reshape judiciaries, organizations and individuals. Working with the government, the bar, professional bodies, multinational corporations and international organizations, we have developed proficiency in the planning, design and implementation of organizational change management practices, internal dispute resolution systems, human resources conflict management, conflict management systems design and ADR projects.
