APRCN Associate

Advanced Peace and Reconciliation centre of Nigeria (APRCN) Associate membership is open to individuals, firms and organizations who share the vision and mission of the Advanced Peace and Reconciliation centre of Nigeria (APRCN) and wish to identify with the activities of Advanced Peace and Reconciliation centre of Nigeria (APRCN) and are also interested in the promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

APRCN Chartered Arbitrator  (CArb)

APRCN Mediator

Chartered mediator is a person who forms an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) where a third party is appointed to help the parties involved in the dispute. This categories of professional perform a mediation advocates highly-experienced with vetted and assessed apart independent chartered mediator & reconciliation (CMR).Become a Chartered Mediator and conciliator profession and be admitted a member of the profession. They have numerous purposes, including preliminary legal judgments, to determine applicant eligibility, or to assess contenders’ performance in competitions. Adjudication is a simple and efficient method of settling disputes, without resorting to lengthy and expensive court procedure. Adjudication has become the construction industry’s preferred method of dispute resolution, as it recognizes the nature of the disagreements that arise within the construction sector. Adjudication involves an independent third party considering the claims of both sides and making a decision. It is a time-sensitive process, with adjudicators making a decision within 28 days. The result of the adjudication process is a judgment and court opinion that is legally binding, and unless revised by arbitration or litigation there is no right of appeal.
